Theodore Vaughan is the Chief Engineer and owner of Vychan Engineering Services and has over twenty years of experience investigating automotive related issues involving collisions, fires, safety defects, manufacturing defects, service defects, and design issues.  Having manufacturing, design, and service experience with multiple manufacturers, he is well versed in the development and identification of issues that can manifest in the production and life of an automobile as well as how the regulators and manufacturers handle the issues as they manifest.   Mr. Vaughan is a professional engineer with the state of California and hold several certifications with both the National Association of Fire Investigators and the International Association of Arson Investigators.  He has testified over 20 times as both an expert in the accident reconstruction arena, as a vehicle expert for manufacturers, and as a corporate representative.
